Georgetown Farmers Market

Georgetown is a community in the town of Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada and is part of the Regional Municipality of Halton. It is situated on the Credit River, located approximately 60 km west of Toronto, making it part of the Greater Toronto Area. Georgetown takes its name from George Kennedy, who settled in the area in 1821.

Georgetown is on the GO Transit's Kitchener line. That and relatively short distance to Toronto and major highways make it a popular community. But Georgetown is mostly known as a safe and friendly community with a small town charm. If you want to get the feel for the community watch our short video. This is a typical Saturday morning in Downtown Georgetown when farmers come to town.
